Counter Playbook ("we", "us") is a sole proprietorship owned by Jamal Aghazadeh in Austin, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit counterplaybook.com, email us or buy from us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, name and anything you include in the message.
- Purchase information. If you buy a product, the checkout provider collects your name, email and payment details. We receive your name, email and order details. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic site data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited to deliver the site, keep it secure and produce traffic statistics.
How we use it
- To reply to you and deliver what you asked for or bought.
- To send updates about Counter Playbook if you asked to be on our list. You can unsubscribe or ask to be removed at any time.
- To keep the site running, secure and improving.
What we don't do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run the business, such as our hosting, email and checkout providers, and only as needed for them to do that work.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting and analytics providers may use minimal cookies or similar technology needed for security and basic traffic counts. If we add marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing jamal@counterplaybook.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is meant for repair shop owners and staff. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
